As part of the project, we delivered a warehouse hall measuring 14 × 33 × 3.5 m. The structure was designed with 5 m bay spacing, including an additional non-standard 3 m bay. The building features a 22° roof pitch, and the roof, walls, and gables are clad with PVC membrane tensioned on threaded systems.
Ground anchors were used for anchoring, ensuring quick installation and structural stability. The hall is equipped with 2 gates and 1 standard entrance door. Additionally, to improve user comfort and minimize condensation, a “NEW FOIL” inner liner was installed, featuring a system of straps and pipes for condensate drainage.

The main challenge of the project was integrating a 3 m non-standard bay with the main 5 m structural spacing, while maintaining structural continuity and the tightness of the membrane cladding. Another key aspect was ensuring effective drainage of condensation from the inner liner surface, which was achieved by implementing a dedicated foil system with drainage pipes.
