From 15 to 19 June 2026, POL-PLAN took part in Eurosatory at the Paris Nord Villepinte exhibition centre. The event brings together representatives of the defence industry, armed forces, public administration, as well as the security and crisis management sectors.
Over the five days of the exhibition, we presented modular structures designed for the rapid deployment of storage, technical and operational infrastructure. We spoke with representatives of the defence sector and technology partners about requirements related to structure mobility, deployment time, resistance to environmental conditions and the possibility of future expansion.
Infrastructure tailored to operational requirements
POL-PLAN solutions for the military and emergency sectors can be used as:
- equipment and material storage facilities,
- technical hangars and maintenance areas,
- logistics support facilities,
- field workshops,
- operational centres,
- temporary facilities for public services and critical infrastructure.
The structures are built using a modular system that allows their dimensions and equipment to be adapted to a specific application. Depending on the requirements, a facility can be equipped with industrial doors, lighting systems, heating, ventilation and solutions that improve thermal insulation. Double-pitched structures and CES systems designed for use in demanding operational conditions are also available.
Deployment time and relocation capability
In military and emergency infrastructure, the structural parameters are not the only factor that matters. The ability to deliver, assemble and commission a facility efficiently at a specified location is equally important.
The modular system allows a facility to be extended with additional sections, adapted to a different function or relocated to another site. The design can take into account local snow and wind loads, the intended use of the space, transport requirements and planned integration with other infrastructure.
POL-PLAN is responsible for the design, production, logistics and assembly of the structures. Its in-house technical resources allow the entire process to be controlled, from requirements analysis to the handover of the completed facility.
Thank you for meeting us in Paris
We would like to thank everyone who visited us during Eurosatory 2026. The discussions confirmed that rapidly deployable and scalable infrastructure plays an important role in defence logistics, technical support and emergency response.
The next stage will involve needs analysis and further discussions on specific applications for modular structures.
